Realterm buys former Zerres logistics centre in Mönchengladbach

JLL brokers transaction of logistics property with 10,500 m² of rental space

MÖNCHENGLADBACH, July 16, 2026 – Realterm, an investor specializing in logistics real estate, has acquired a property in Mönchengladbach at Regioparkring 4. On the 37,350 m² site, there is a building built in 2016 with a total of 10,500 m² of rental space, which is divided into around 7,500 m² of hall space and 3,000 m² of office space. Previously, the property was used by the fashion company Zerres as a logistics center, but the space is now vacant. Realterm has acquired the property as part of its value-add strategy and intends to reposition the property on the market, creating space for industrial outdoor storage (IOS) on the expansion site.

JLL was commissioned by the seller with the structured sales process and brokered the transaction.
