Logivest supports JCL Home Delivery Germany again in Cologne expansion

Logivest, the full-service logistics real estate consultancy, has successfully supported JCL Home Delivery Germany GmbH in expanding its space at its Cologne site. The landlord of the property is Prologis Germany Management GmbH.

JCL Home Delivery Germany GmbH provides national and international freight forwarding, warehousing and furniture logistics services. Back in 2018, Logivest brokered around 5,000 square metres of warehouse space for the company in the property at "Am Eifeltor 16-22". JCL Home Delivery Germany GmbH is now extending its lease early and, owing to a growing customer base, will increase the space at the site to more than 9,500 square metres of warehouse and office space from 2027. The property has 16 loading dock doors and a clear height of 10 metres beneath the trusses.

"The property is situated in one of the most renowned locations, directly at the GVZ Köln-Eifeltor freight village, and has its own access to the A4 motorway. Further advantages include the connections to the A1 motorway and the B265 federal highway, the nearby railway station and the airport, which is only around 20 kilometres away," says Thomas Schmidt, Managing Director at Logivest NRW GmbH.
