1. General information on the storage space sought
a. Property type
Please indicate here whether you are looking for a logistics property, a commercial property or a contract logistics space (warehouse space with logistics services). In this way, you will only receive the warehouse space offers that you actually need. The property type is displayed in the results list and gives the potential provider an initial indication of your requirements.
b. Utilisation
Here you can specify whether you would like to rent/lease or buy a logistics property or commercial property. Warehousing is also indicated if you are looking for a logistics property with management (contract logistics space) by a logistics service provider.
c. Storage location
You can influence the number of results or potential suppliers primarily with the size of the search area. The larger the radius selected, the more suppliers will be in this search area. This means that many potential suppliers can find your advert. If the search area is very small, this reduces the number of potential suppliers. You can enter postcode areas, towns with a radius, federal states, etc.
d. Transport links
Transport connections can be particularly important for storage areas. Should the new warehouse location be in the immediate vicinity of a motorway or an airport, or is a trimodal location necessary?
e. Description of the location or site
You can enter further information on the location, site or transport connections in this free field. In contrast to click boxes, free fields are not translated.
2. Description of the storage space you are looking for
Enter an informative description of your “desired” storage space here. Here, too, the more specific, the higher the quality of contact. However, you should include the features and most important information that characterize your request. This will quickly make your requirements for storage space clear.
Important: When do you need the storage space? - How large should it be? - What is the minimum height of your storage space? - Do you need a plot of land? etc.
a.Headline/title
A meaningful headline will arouse the interest of potential providers. Try to briefly and concisely emphasize what you are looking for. This will give the reader an initial overview. Important here: Specify the location and the type of warehouse you are looking for!
Example: We are looking for a high-bay warehouse in the Berlin area within a radius of 25 km
b.Warehouse space allocation (this does not apply to commercial properties)
Enter a warehouse type (e.g. block warehouse, high-bay warehouse, transshipment warehouse, etc.) in the warehouse layout, as you can search specifically for a warehouse type in the search mask. Information on the size of the office, social rooms, order picking area, etc. may be of interest. This information also helps to further specify your request for storage space.

c. Industry/ stored goods
The central question here is: "What products are to be stored (sector)? Some products are subject to special storage regulations (e.g. tyres) or certain goods/products may not be stored together (hazardous goods). Potential providers can thus quickly recognise whether or not there is a storage option for the specified products. This also applies to certain sectors.
d.Service (only for contract logistics)
The level of management/logistics service required for the warehouse space can be specified here. Contract logistics includes logistics companies that take over logistics activities (management) for other companies, e.g. customer-related storage, order picking, invoicing, customs clearance, returns, forwarding services (transportation), etc. The warehouse is fully equipped for this purpose, e.g. with shelves, industrial trucks, etc. Staff are also available for warehouse management.
3. Warehouse equipment of the storage space you are looking for
You can enter additional information about the desired equipment and other technical features of your storage space request here. For example, should there be ramps or gates or a crane? What about security measures (e.g. alarm systems, security) or fire protection measures (e.g. sprinkler system)? Should it be suitable for hazardous goods or have a certain temperature characteristic? These are just a few examples.
