MAN is leasing around 18,000 m² in the industrial park in Günzburg

Around 40 percent of the recently completed project has been rented

GÜNZBURG, June 12, 2026 – The commercial vehicle manufacturer MAN Truck & Bus has leased an area of around 18,000 m² in the "Link" industrial and commercial park in Günzburg, Bavaria. The majority of the leased space (15,200 m²) is allocated to a warehouse, the rest is made up of mezzanine and office space. JLL brokered the lease agreement on behalf of MAN Truck & Bus.

The recently completed business park is located at Hendrik-Lorentz-Straße 4, 6 and 8. In total, the location has almost 49,700 m² of rental space, which is spread over three buildings. At present, around 40 percent of the total space has been let, and MAN is the anchor tenant. The owner of the business park is Frasers Property Industrial. DGNB Platinum certification is being sought for the new building.
