Logivest brokers logistics space in Bielefeld to QTRADO

In Bielefeld, the holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered around 6,000 square meters of warehouse space for rent to QTRADO. The property is part of the Fixemer Real Estate Group, an international real estate company with an existing portfolio of over 350,000 square metres of rental space in Germany, Luxembourg and France. The Group's focus is on the development, acquisition and long-term management of high-quality commercial real estate, especially in the logistics and light industrial sectors.
The press wholesaler QTRADO was looking for additional storage space due to an expansion in the Bielefeld sales region. The hall at Bollstraße 34, brokered by Logivest, has several ground-level gates and ramps, a height of six metres UKB (lower edge of the truss) and will be used by QTRADO in the future for the storage, picking and supply of press products to the retail trade. In addition, the owner has a canopy installed especially for this use and hands over the area in a renovated condition.
Located directly on the B66, the property is excellently connected to the A2 and thus to cities such as Dortmund, Hanover and Berlin.
