Logistics Solution leases 3,500 m² at Berlin Airport BER
Logistics company moves to the Aurelis Entrepreneurs' Park in Schönefeld
BERLIN, 4 February 2026 – The logistics company LS Logistics Solution is leasing around 3,500 m² in the immediate vicinity of BER Airport in Schönefeld. The property has the address Am Kiessee 1-21 and is part of the Aurelis Real Estate Entrepreneur Park. This is the first construction phase with a total of around 11,500 m² of usable space, and two more are being planned.
The space leased and already occupied by LS Logistics Solution is divided into around 2,900 m² of hall space and 600 m² of office and mezzanine space. JLL advised the tenant and brokered the conclusion of the contract.
