Knight Frank Industrial advises Siemens on 41,000 square meter lease in the Rhine-Main region

Frankfurt, July 2, 2026 - Following the sale of a property in the Port of Frankfurt in 2024 to Siemens Real Estate, the real estate company of Siemens AG, Knight Frank Industrial (Frankfurt) was able to broker a second significant deal in the Rhine-Main area to the company.

Knight Frank Industrial has brokered a major contract for production and logistics for a new Siemens site in Offenbach.

Knight Frank Industrial has recently advised the Group on a long-term lease agreement for around 41,000 square metres of total usable space in Offenbach. The company will expand the site at Mühlheimer Straße 341 – which mainly consists of production and storage space – into a supplier plant. Siemens is thus ensuring the expansion of its production of electrical switchgear in the Rhine-Main region due to the growing global demand for intelligent electrification.

The transaction for the new Siemens site in Offenbach took place off-market. The property had previously been used by Manroland Sheetfed for many years and stood empty for only two months. The owner is CPVA GmbH.

"The signing of the contract of this magnitude is a spectacular signal both for Germany as a production location and for the real estate market," comments Amram Malka, Team Leader Industrial at Knight Frank Industrial. "The negotiation between the owner CPVA and Siemens Real Estate was very goal-oriented in terms of substance and timeline. We brought both parties together at the end of March 2026, and there were exactly two months to the day between the initial inspection and the signing."
