On behalf of the owner, Brockhoff has brokered an approximately 8,000 square metre warehouse and production hall at Hans-Böckler-Straße 34 in Lüdinghausen to a manufacturer of air conditioning systems.
The modern logistics location impresses with its functional division into three separate halls, each with its own entrance, as well as high-quality equipment. In total, the property comprises 297 m² of office space and 7,703 m² of storage and production space.
