On behalf of the owner, Brockhoff has brokered an approximately 8,000 square metre warehouse and production hall at Hans-Böckler-Straße 34 in Lüdinghausen to a manufacturer of air conditioning systems.
The modern logistics location impresses with its functional division into three separate halls, each with its own entrance, as well as high-quality equipment. In total, the property comprises 297 m² of office space and 7,703 m² of storage and production space. The combination of modern technology, spacious space and flexible use offers the air conditioning manufacturer optimal conditions to further advance the successful development of the company from this location.
