REALOGIS lets 4,250 square metres of logistics and office space to eLing in FlexCity Mülheim

REALOGIS Immobilien Düsseldorf GmbH, part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics real estate and commercial land, has brokered around 4,250 m² of rental space in FlexCity Mülheim to eLing GmbH. Frasers Property owns the property and handles the asset management itself.

eLing GmbH, which specialises in warehouse logistics, e-commerce and fulfilment, has secured the space in the new building at Mellinghofer Straße 55/Kranbahnallee 12 on a long-term basis. The leased unit comprises around 3,500 m² of warehouse space, 400 m² of mezzanine space and 350 m² of office space.

Three loading docks, two sprinter doors and one ground-level door allow deliveries by different types of vehicles. The clear hall height is around eight metres beneath the trusses. The equipment includes an air-source heat pump and LED lighting. A further unit, matching the one leased by eLing in size and layout, is still available to let. JW Fulfilment is among the occupiers already located in the immediate vicinity.

Developed by Frasers Property Industrial, FlexCity Mülheim is located on the site of the former Siemens Techno-Park. The business park extends over an area of around 195,000 m² and offers flexible space for logistics and production companies as well as small and medium-sized businesses. The new buildings completed in 2026 comprise a total of around 23,840 m² of rental space. From the site in the Rhine-Ruhr metropolitan region it is around one kilometre to Mülheim main station, 2.7 kilometres to the A40 motorway and 17.6 kilometres to the Port of Duisburg.
