Successful completion: Panattoni sells innovative multi-tenant project in Berlin to DWS

The fully let Panattoni Campus Berlin Zentrum has been successfully sold to DWS Group, a leading asset manager in Europe with a global reach. Panattoni has thus handed over its first project, in which different types of real estate for logistics, production and commerce are combined at one location, to a new owner.

The campus, which was completed in September 2023, combines Panattoni Park Berlin Zentrum, which is designed for logistics, and the small-scale City Dock® Berlin Zentrum business park, which was developed for SMEs, start-ups and service providers, on a common site and impresses with a diverse mix of industries: Five properties with a total of around 36,500 m² of usable space are home to twelve companies from the retail, creative industries, mechanical engineering,  Food industry, pharmaceuticals, logistics and e-commerce. Panattoni Park Berlin Zentrum comprises around 14,900 m² of hall, 1,500 m² of office space and 1,200 m² of mezzanine space. The City Dock® Berlin Zentrum offers approx. 11,500 m² of hall, 3,200 m² of office space and 3,200 m² of flex space.

Both Panattoni Park and City Dock® set standards in terms of technology, ecology, economy and functionality. They offer users more convenience, lower ancillary costs and a high market value. For this, they were awarded the Gold Certificate of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB). In addition to numerous other measures to save resources, the entire Panattoni Campus Berlin Zentrum is equipped with PV systems. The central location, only 20 minutes from the eastern centre of Berlin, as well as the excellent infrastructural connections also contribute to the attractiveness of the location.
