Strong partners: Turnkey logistics property with Panattoni and Jungheinrich

Panattoni Germany and Jungheinrich have entered into a strategic partnership to jointly offer turnkey and sustainable logistics solutions under the name "All-in-One Warehouse Solution". The partnership combines Panattoni's expertise in property development with Jungheinrich's intralogistics expertise to support customers throughout the entire development and life cycle of a logistics property. The focus is on sustainable solutions that meet the functional requirements of the logistics sector and offer joint customers a wider, modular range of services.

The cooperation between Panattoni and Jungheinrich focuses on the holistic realisation of operational logistics properties. Panattoni will contribute its expertise in identifying suitable locations and developing property projects. The developer places particular emphasis on the revitalisation of brownfield sites and the use of renewable energies. Jungheinrich complements these competences with its comprehensive material flow consulting and its know-how in intralogistics, from equipping with modern warehouse racking and industrial trucks to digital solutions for the efficient control of operational processes.

In the spirit of an "all-in-one warehouse", the joint cooperation project between Panattoni and Jungheinrich includes end-to-end support and management from the initial idea to realisation and turnkey handover. Customer requirements, particularly in the build-to-suit area, are defined at an early stage with the user and both project specialists in order to create an efficient and sustainable overall concept with customised real estate and intralogistics. The results are optimised space utilisation and greater efficiency in the operation of the property. The use of high-quality materials and innovative products also guarantees a sustainable and qualitatively excellent solution. In this process, Panattoni is responsible for the project planning of the property and the construction work. Jungheinrich's services range from technical advice and rental solutions to a comprehensive after-sales service for intralogistics. This ensures that the property is not only optimally tailored to the customer's needs, but can also be operated efficiently and in a future-proof manner.
