In Radolfzell on Lake Constance, the holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered a plot of more than 35,000 square meters of BCS Automotive Interface Solutions to Drei R Immobilien GmbH in a sale-and-lease-back procedure. The property for sale is located at Industriestraße 2-8.
BCS Automotive Interface Solutions is an automotive supplier specializing in touch controls, steering column modules and sensors. The company exclusively commissioned Logivest to find a buyer for the more than 35,000 square meter site with about 20,000 square meters of hall and office space. As part of the sale-and-lease-back procedure, BCS can continue to use its own sub-areas and will remain connected to the Radolfzell site in the long term without the need for a move.
As part of the marketing, Drei R Immobilien GmbH of the Repnik family was identified as the buyer. The family has experience in operating business parks, for example in Gottmadingen, and already has a connection to the city from the past. The economic development department of the city of Radolfzell advocates the support of regional companies.
With its large divisible area, the property is suitable for several users from the industrial and commercial sectors, including regional and medium-sized companies. Drei R Immobilien GmbH is revitalizing the building as the new owner for future use.
The location and connections of the location are excellent due to the Lake Constance region: While the A 81 leads in the direction of Stuttgart and into Germany, the Swiss border is also in the immediate vicinity.
"The cooperation with the three different parties, sellers, buyers and the economic development department of the city of Radolfzell, went excellently. There has been constructive cooperation with the business development agency for several years and Logivest has also been in good contact with BCS Automotive Interface Solutions for some time," says Ingo Volk, Head of Industrial & Logistics (Letting) at Logivest GmbH Stuttgart.
The handover and occupation of the areas have already taken place.
