REALOGIS leases logistics property in Kronau, Baden-Württemberg
Stuttgart, 17 February 2026 – REALOGIS Immobilien Stuttgart GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany's leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has leased a logistics property in Kronau. The client was Fränkle Family Office GmbH, based in Bruchsal.
The sole user of the property at Heidigstraße 19 is jonastone GmbH & Co KG. The online retailer for tiles, slabs and horticultural products made of natural stone will move into a total of 3,800 m² of storage and logistics space here in the long term. The property, which is located on a plot of around 20,000 m², was completely renovated in 2025. Among other things, the floors, the technology and the façade were renewed.
Kronau is located in the district of Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg, and lies between the centers of the Middle Upper Rhine and Rhine-Neckar regions. The community, which has a population of around 6,000, is well connected to the surrounding area via the A5 motorway.
