REALOGIS brokers warehouse and office space in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg to Sovereign Network
Frankfurt, 4 February 2026 – REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS), part of Germany's leading REALOGIS group of companies for industrial and logistics real estate as well as commercial properties, has successfully let a unit with around 2,220 m² in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg. The area is part of a logistics property with a total of around 9,575 m² of usable space. REALOGIS has been exclusively commissioned by M7 Real Estate to lease the property.
The new user of the commercial property at Im Weiherfeld 11–15 is Sovereign Network GmbH, a specialist in transport and transhipment for courier, transport and logistics companies. Sovereign will move into around 1,850 m² of hall space and around 350 m² of office space. The rented unit includes 22 car parking spaces. The new location serves to expand business activities at Frankfurt Airport, where the company already has a branch in Cargo City South.
Ginsheim-Gustavsburg is located in the immediate vicinity of the state capitals of Mainz and Wiesbaden. The city with around 17,000 inhabitants is optimally connected to the national road network via the A 60 and A 671 motorways. In addition, the Bundesstraße 43 runs through the Gustavsburg district.
