In Altlandsberg, east of Berlin, the holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered a logistics property covering more than 8,500 square metres from Runge Lager und Logistik GmbH. The landlord of the property in Seeberger Straße is CTP Germany.
Runge Lager & Logistik GmbH was looking for a new location in the east of the capital in order to better serve customers in Berlin and Brandenburg. Directly on the A10 motorway and in ideal connection to Berlin's city centre, Logivest was able to offer a suitable property.
"Due to its location east of Berlin and the good transport infrastructure, Altlandsberg is an attractive location that – an absolute plus point – also has interesting potential areas," says Lucas Rauhut, Senior Consultant Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest in Berlin.
The existing property is a single-tenant property with a hall height of up to fifteen metres, which is served via ramps.
The handover and occupation of the property have already taken place.
