Düsseldorf / Castrop-Rauxel, 06.08.2026 – The Frankfurt-based project developer OMNIDOCKS and the Düsseldorf-based project developer PRODAC have completed the RUHR Logistics Park in Castrop-Rauxel on schedule. The modern logistics and warehouse property at Klöckner Straße 55 is now available for rent and is aimed at companies looking for a representative location for exclusive use in a central location in the Ruhr area.

An energy-efficient entrepreneurial property with around 7,575 m² of hall space, approx. 580 m² of office and social space and around 350 m² of mezzanine space has been built on an approximately 18,300 m² plot of land formerly used for industrial purposes. With a hall height of 9.50 m UKB, nine ramp gates and a ground-level door, the new hall is designed for logistics, warehouse and light industrial uses. Up to 90 car parking spaces and an e-charging infrastructure are available for employees and customers.

The location is conveniently located: the Castrop-Rauxel Ost motorway junction with connection to the A2 and A45 is only a few minutes away by car.
