MLP Group celebrates topping-out ceremony at Business Park Vienna

On 18 September 2024, the MLP Group celebrated the topping-out ceremony for its new business park in Austria, the MLP Business Park Vienna. Around 200 guests attended the event, including representatives of the general contractor Goldbeck Rhomberg and the MLP Group as well as the future tenants of the modern city logistics property, including ODÖRFER Haustechnik KG and a non-profit Austrian organisation.

The MLP Group, a developer, owner and manager of high-quality commercial, industrial and logistics parks specialising in brownfield sites, celebrated the completion of the building shell and the installation of the roof structure at MLP Business Park Vienna with a topping-out ceremony for all those involved in the project on 18 September 2024. The project on the approximately 100,000 m² brownfield site in the north-east of Vienna is the developer's first project in Austria and was launched in spring 2024 with a ground-breaking ceremony. Two tenants have already been confirmed: ODÖRFER Haustechnik KG, a GC Group Austria company, and an Austrian non-profit organisation.

The MLP Business Park Vienna will comprise four buildings with a total usable area of 55,000 m², which will be available from the beginning of 2025. The flexibly divisible units from approx. 1,300 m² are ideal for companies from the city logistics, e-commerce and light industrial sectors. Thanks to its favourable location, just 13 km from the city centre and with quick access to the S2/A23 and Vienna-Schwechat Airport, the logistics property offers ideal conditions for future-oriented companies to settle here.

The property is being developed according to the latest technical standards and in line with the MLP Group's sustainability strategy. The numerous ecological and social measures implemented by the developer include green roofs, photovoltaic systems and a recreational zone with a pond.
