Logivest brokers logistics space to Zeppelin Rental in the Osnabrück area

In Mettingen, near Osnabrück, the holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered a logistics property for rent to Zeppelin Rental GmbH. The landlords of the property are Ewald and Patrick Kamp (managing directors of the Kamp Construction Centre). The property "Zum Nordschacht 95" was used for coal mining in the past.
Zeppelin Rental GmbH offers machine and equipment rental as well as temporary infrastructure and construction logistics. For the traffic safety department, the company was looking for a property with IOS (Industrial Outside Spaces) space in the Osnabrück region at short notice in order to be able to serve the A30/A1 axis.
Logivest brokered a suitable property that comprises around 1,800 square metres of hall space and an open space of around 6,000 square metres. In the future, Zeppelin Rental GmbH will store traffic safety items such as traffic beacons, mobile traffic lights and traffic signs there.
"The existing property offers a good connection to the 'Lotter Kreuz', a transport hub of the north-south and east-west axes A1 and A30, and thus ensures a central connection in the Osnabrück area," says Johannes Book, Consultant Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest GmbH in Düsseldorf.
The handover and occupation of the area have already taken place.
