Logivest brokers around 20,000 square metres near Bremen for medical care products provider

Logivest, a full-service logistics real estate consultancy, has brokered around 20,000 square metres of warehouse and office space near Bremen for Unizell Medicare GmbH. The landlord of the property is Baytree Deutschland GmbH, a Europe-wide property developer for innovative and sustainable logistics and industrial properties, with a focus on the markets of Germany, France and the United Kingdom.

Unizell Medicare, a provider of medical care products, was looking in the Bremen region for suitable space to consolidate its warehouses centrally. With Logivest's support, the company has leased more than 18,200 square metres of warehouse space and over 1,200 square metres of office space at Betonstraße 60. The halls have a height of 12.2 metres to the underside of the roof beams (UKB) and are therefore versatile. A total of 18 loading doors are available, two of them at ground level and the other 16 equipped with ramps. The new building also combines various sustainability features, including a photovoltaic system, LED lighting, a WGK-3 foil, EV charging points and heat pumps. The property was awarded DGNB Gold certification for its sustainable concept.

“The site's connectivity provides ideal conditions for logistics processes: the A27 motorway can be reached in just five minutes and provides connections to the ports of Bremen, Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven.
