Instabox lets warehouse space at BER to e-commerce company

JLL brokers around 3,340 m² for subletting

BERLIN, 28 August 2024 - The e-commerce specialist Indisaurus Technologies has leased 3,340 m² of logistics space at Alexander-Meißner-Strasse 77 in the vicinity of Berlin's BER airport, of which around 3,000 m² is warehouse space. The landlord is Instabox Germany. The parcel service provider had rented a larger space in the property in 2022 and is now subletting it. EQT Exeter is the owner of the 41,000 m² property, which is fully let and has been awarded DGNB Gold.

JLL advised on the letting and brokered the deal.
