For the project developer Four Parx from Dreieich, which specialises in commercial and logistics space, the way is clear to build an innovative and sustainable commercial and logistics property on the approximately 76,500 m² site on behalf of Quincap Investment Partners on the basis of the existing development plan. In June 2025, the municipal council of Kirchheim gave the green light for the development on the site of the former Hubergroup production facility at Feldkirchner Straße 15 in 85551 Kirchheim-Heimstetten.
On the site on the western border of the municipal area, two modern, high-quality components with a total of around 52,500 m² of rental space for commercial, production and logistics use are to be built.
Stephan Keck, First Mayor of Kirchheim, is satisfied with the decision of the municipal council: "This clears the way for the creation of modern commercial space and thus a further revival of Kirchheim's economy. We will now work quickly and in partnership with the developer Four Parx and the investor Quincap on the implementation."
The focus of the property will be on architectural quality, innovative and sustainable development as well as a flexible mix of uses that offers space for both medium-sized local companies and international companies.
The building is being constructed in accordance with "DGNB Gold" certification. With an installed capacity of around 4.8 MW, the photovoltaic system is expected to make a significant contribution to the energy supply and thus significantly reduce the CO₂ footprint. In addition, the property will be certified according to the WiredScore standard to ensure a high-performance, future-proof digital infrastructure.
Oliver Schmitt, Managing Partner of Four Parx GmbH, emphasizes: "We are looking forward to realizing a future-oriented commercial property in Kirchheim-Heimstetten together with the municipality and the responsible authorities. We are already holding concrete talks with companies with strong credit ratings about possible tenancies and are registering great interest from well-known users."
Johannes Siekmann, Managing Partner of Quincap Investment Partners GmbH & Co. KG, comments: "With this project, we are continuing our strategy of creating modern and sustainable properties in established locations that are flexibly tailored to the requirements of the users. Kirchheim offers excellent conditions for this due to its location in the Munich metropolitan region and its excellent transport connections."
