Fiege takes over logistics for Hisense Gorenje in Germany

In future, the Fiege Group will be responsible for fulfilment and distribution for Hisense Gorenje Germany. The Greven-based logistics service provider will accommodate the new business at its location in Peine. The international technology group has 35,000 square metres of logistics space at its disposal in the Hanover-Braunschweig-Göttingen-Wolfsburg metropolitan region.

Greven/Peine, 15 April 2025 - Fiege is the new logistics partner of Hisense Gorenje Germany. As one of two service providers in Germany, the contract logistics expert handles the handling of white and brown goods for Hisense Gorenje, one of the world's leading manufacturers of household appliances and consumer electronics, at its location in Peine, Lower Saxony. In addition to warehousing, Fiege also handles value-added services and returns management as well as distribution in Germany on an area of around 35,000 square metres.

The modern location in Peine, where Fiege has housed the business for Hisense Gorenje, is strategically located in the centre of the Hanover-Braunschweig-Göttingen-Wolfsburg metropolitan region and offers great advantages for Germany-wide distribution. Meike Schmidt-Krenz, Managing Director of Fiege's Consumer Products business unit, says: "We have decades of experience in omnichannel fulfilment and especially in dealing with consumer products of all kinds. This enables us to offer our customers a high level of service and a special depth of added value - from warehousing to transport."

Hisense Gorenje's innovative products include flat-screen televisions, heat pumps and electronic household appliances such as fridges, freezers and washing machines. Fiege also handles the professional delivery and installation of large appliances to end customers for the high-tech company. "Our modern location in Peine is perfectly geared towards the omnichannel logistics of consumer goods. We are delighted to have gained another well-known customer in the electronics sector with Hisense Gorenje," explains Schmidt-Krenz.
