Extension for TTI in Maisach-Gernlinden with 35,700 square meters started

Around 29,700 square metres of hall and logistics space as well as 6,000 square metres of office and social space will be realised for the tenant TTI, Inc. in Maisach-Gernlinden (Fürstenfeldbruck district) from the beginning of September – a total of around 35,700 square metres of new rental space will be available to the specialist distributor for electronic components in the future. TTI has been headquartered at the site since 2007 and, after a thorough examination, decided to build an extension. The topping-out ceremony will take place at the beginning of September. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the tenant on the expansion of the Maisach site as part of an exclusive contract. The topping-out ceremony took place today, and completion is scheduled for the end of 2026.

TTI, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, is one of the world's leading distributors of electronic components, serving a wide range of industries, from manufacturing to defense to aerospace. With the expansion of its European headquarters, the company is sending a strong signal to the region and underlining the strategic importance of the location for its international business activities.

The landlord of the property is BNP Paribas REIM on behalf of a German pension fund, represented by Invesco Real Estate. MB Park realised the extension as the responsible developer.

"The project impressively illustrates that the Munich location in particular offers ideal conditions for successfully managing international business activities from Europe," emphasizes Bastian Hafner, Head of Logistics & Industrial Advisory at BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH.
