Exclusive order from both sides: Logivest brokers over 4,000 square meters in Ehrenkirchen

In Ehrenkirchen, in the Freiburg area, the holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest fulfilled two exclusive mandates. Logivest was awarded the exclusive contract by the tenant SL-Fulfillment GmbH to actively search for warehouse space and was commissioned by another company with the exclusive mandate to lease warehouse space.

SL-Fulfillment offers services such as picking, packaging and shipping for online retail in the food, beauty and health sectors, among others. For the future-oriented positioning, the e-commerce service provider was looking for larger areas in the region of a previous location.

Logivest had suitable space available for leasing due to the existing mandate. The hall, which covers more than 4,000 square metres, includes storage and office space, has ramps and ground-level gates and offers an additional 3,600 square metres of outdoor space. Their division is ideal for SL-Fulfillment's e-commerce business.

"The Freiburg region is a particularly strong economic location due to the border triangle. In addition to its proximity to France and Switzerland, there is also a connection to other parts of Germany via the A5. This makes the location very attractive not only in general, but also for e-commerce," says Nikolai Windhäuser, Managing Director Logivest Stuttgart GmbH.

"With the exclusive mandates from both sides, we were able to design the contract and bring the two parties together in a particularly constructive way," adds Ingo Volk, Head of Industrial & Logistics (Letting) at Logivest GmbH Stuttgart.

The handover and occupation of the area will take place in September.
