Company anniversary at B+S – 25 years of passion for logistics

Borgholzhausen, 24.04.2026. B+S GmbH Logistik und Dienstleistungen, headquartered in Borgholzhausen, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Since its foundation in 2001 in Beelen, B+S has established itself as a reliable partner for holistic logistics solutions – especially in the field of multichannel logistics for food and near-food throughout Europe.

From the beginnings to the present day

From its humble beginnings with only three employees and 5,000 m² of storage space, B+S has continued to develop. Today, the company employs around 1,200 people at 14 locations and manages 500,000 m² of logistics space. As a 100 percent subsidiary of the Nagel-Group, B+S has been part of the Europe-wide network for temperature-controlled logistics since 2022 and is fully integrated into it. Through this integration, the company strengthens its market position and benefits from additional synergies and an efficient infrastructure.

As a full-service provider, B+S controls the entire supply chain – from warehouse management to storage in different temperature ranges as well as e-commerce fulfillment and value-added services to individual transport solutions. The company is particularly active in the food, pet food and healthcare sectors, serving various sales channels such as marketplaces, brick-and-mortar retail, and B2B and B2C webshops.

Driving change together

The basis of this performance is the interaction of experienced teams, modern infrastructure and a clear strategic orientation. The current management team attaches great importance to the consistent further development of these structures: In his role as spokesman for the management, Clemens von Ketteler focuses on strategic corporate development and sales, Cordula Brockmeyer heads the operational area and Christian Voß is responsible for finance, human resources and administration. Clemens von Ketteler emphasizes: "25 years of B+S stand for dynamism, innovative strength and reliable partnerships. On the occasion of the company's anniversary, B+S is not only celebrating 25 years of success, but also the loyalty and commitment of its employees. Nadine Stahl, Head of Central Accounting, has been with the company for 25 years and is an example of the close ties within the workforce. "It is a special feeling to have been part of the team since its founding. I have witnessed the development of the company at first hand – with many changes, growth and joint successes. I look forward to remaining part of this path in the future," says Nadine Stahl. Her many years of commitment exemplify the corporate culture at B+S, which is based on trust, appreciation and shared responsibility.

B+S will continue to focus on the consistent further development of its logistics solutions in the future. The focus is on intelligent automation, sustainable processes and maximum flexibility.
