Around 6,700 square metres for first occupancy: Logivest exclusively brokers space in Lower Franconia

In Kitzingen, Lower Franconia, the holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered around 6,700 square meters of warehouse and office space for the global logistics real estate investor, owner and operator Cabot Properties with an exclusive contract.

To expand its storage capacities, a textile service provider was specifically looking for space near an existing location. Logivest brokered the land of Cabot Properties for this purpose. The lease is the first occupancy of a modernly equipped hall with around 6,000 square metres of storage space and an additional 700 square metres of office space. The hall has a height of 12 meters and is accessible via seven ramps and a ground-level gate.

The first-class transport connections further enhance the attractive location of the property: In the immediate vicinity is the motorway junction of the A 3 and A 7, the two central traffic axes for the north-south and east-west connections. With them, both supra-regional destinations and adjacent economic areas can be reached quickly and efficiently.
