REALOGIS brokers around 9,100 m² of logistics space in Prologis Park Alzenau to Horoz Logistics

Frankfurt, 9 June 2026 – REALOGIS Immobilien Frankfurt GmbH (REALOGIS), part of the REALOGIS Group, Germany's leading consulting firm for industrial and logistics properties as well as commercial properties, has successfully brokered around 9,100 m² of logistics space in Prologis Park Alzenau to Horoz Logistics International GmbH. The property in the southern industrial area B30 is owned by Prologis, a leading global developer and owner of logistics properties.

Horoz Logistics will use the location as its central warehouse in Germany in the future and will handle central logistics and fulfillment services for its customers there.

"The decisive factor for the lease was in particular the short-term availability of the space. Especially in a market characterized by dynamic economic and geopolitical developments, the property offers optimal conditions for modern and flexibly usable logistics processes," says Denis Tanque, Head of Leasing at REALOGIS Frankfurt.

A further 16,000 m² of warehouse space is currently available at Prologis Park Alzenau. Marketing is carried out commission-free via REALOGIS as co-lead broker.
