Logivest brokers over 5,000 square meters of logistics space south of the Black Forest

The holistic logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered a logistics property for rent to Markus Barth Logistik GmbH & Co. KG in Wehr, in the south of Baden-Württemberg. The landlord of the property at Kreuzmattstraße 2 is MBB Immobilien GmbH.
Markus Barth Logistik is working with GE Energy to expand grid capacities as a service provider for DB Energie GmbH. To this end, Markus Barth Logistik stores and transports parts for converter stations and digital substations, for example. GE Energy is currently modernizing the Kühmoos substation in Rickenbach, near Waldshut. Against this background, Markus Barth Logistik was looking for a property in the immediate vicinity of the construction site.
Logivest brokered a corresponding property in an optimal location with over 5,000 square meters of storage space and an additional 1,000 square meters of outdoor space. Thanks to fewer supports, the hall is easy to drive on and walk on, thus offering ideal conditions for Markus Barth Logistik's business transactions. The location of the property on the Swiss border and in the border triangle with France is also an excellent starting point for the logistics and industrial sectors.
