One Solution GmbH rents 3,200 square metres at SEGRO Park Frechen

One Solution GmbH is the first customer to rent around 3,200 square metres of hall and office space at SEGRO Park Frechen near Cologne. The property will comprise a total of 30,900 square metres and will be built in several phases. The ground-breaking ceremony for the first construction phase, in which four units with 13,000 square metres of commercial space will initially be created, took place on 17 October 2023. This first phase is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024. The second phase is scheduled for completion by the second quarter of 2025.

"We are delighted to have achieved the first letting well before the start of construction. It shows us that demand for warehouse space in the Cologne area remains high," explains Tim Rosenbohm, Director Light Industrial at SEGRO.

One Solution GmbH is a logistics fulfilment service provider and serves various e-commerce channels. The company was previously based in Kerpen, North Rhine-Westphalia, and is now planning to relocate to Frechen. It will rent unit 1.1. in SEGRO Park Frechen, which benefits from photovoltaic systems, heat pumps and charging points for electric cars. Only three units now remain in the first building section for interested parties.

"With the space at SEGRO Park Frechen, we are taking the next step in terms of building height and sustainability standards. We are proud to be the first user for the project," says Philipp Török, Managing Director of One Solution GmbH.

The new SEGRO Park is located at Bonnstrasse 59-61 in the Europark industrial estate. The A1 and A4 motorways provide excellent connections to long-distance transport within Germany.
