Hestal moves into 10,000 m² LIGHT INDUSTRIAL hall in Dortmund via Brockhoff
The leading international manufacturer of locking and body technology for the commercial vehicle industry, F. Hesterberg & Söhne GmbH & Co. KG, which successfully markets its products worldwide under the name Hestal, has rented an 8,500 m² hall with an additional 1,500 m² office wing at Feldbachacker 4 in Dortmund. The letting of the 10,000 m² LIGHT INDUSTRIAL property was handled by commercial real estate agent Brockhoff. The owner of the property is an investor from Brockhoff's network who specialises in logistics properties.
