Four Parx achieves full letting for business park in Weiterstadt

• Four Parx has fully let its business park on the A5 motorway to a public corporation

The Dreieich-based project developer Four Parx, which specialises in commercial and logistics space, has announced the full letting of its business park in Weiterstadt, Hesse, by a public corporation. The new user will have around 7,100 m² of usable space, spread across three buildings, at its disposal. Of this, approx. 5,800 m² is hall space and 1,309 m² is office space. The building is 8 metres high. There are a total of 89 car parking spaces in the outdoor areas, 8 of which are e-charging spaces.

Four Parx is developing the new business park on a 13,390 m² site in the Weiterstadt industrial estate, in the centre of the Rhine-Main region. With the A5 motorway access road just one kilometre away and the A5 and A67 motorway junction nearby, the property has excellent connections. Frankfurt am Main International Airport, Germany's largest commercial and cargo airport, can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. Weiterstadt city centre and the railway station are also just a few kilometres away.

In the interests of sustainable development, Four Parx is aiming for certification in accordance with the gold standard of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) for the construction of the property. To this end, a sustainable building concept was developed which, in addition to virtually CO2-neutral heating and cooling, provides for the pre-installation of a photovoltaic system on the roof. The potential electricity generation is approx. 612 kVA. Sustainable mobility is ensured by 8 e-charging points on the property. In addition, bee hotels have been built and 108 trees and numerous small plants have been planted.

Construction work on Four Parx Weiterstadt began in the third quarter of 2020, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2023. Handover is planned for the first quarter of 2024.

The new occupier was brokered by Tom Gosmann and Fabian Scholz from the Frankfurt branch of Colliers International Deutschland GmbH.
