Cabot Properties acquires logistics asset in Viersen from Blackstone

Cabot Properties has acquired a logistics property in Viersen from Blackstone. BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the seller Blackstone on the transaction. The property at Technologiering 14 comprises around 10,900 m² of space and is fully let to Nippon Express Deutschland GmbH, one of the leading logistics service providers for general and specialised transport solutions. The property covers around 24,000 m². The property was built in 2013 and has a high quality standard, a good layout, convenient access and a high degree of third-party usability.
