Essen, 21 February 2023. The new Logistics division at Brockhoff has developed splendidly. In the cities of Essen (80,358 m²), Unna (75,100 m²), Bochum (47,573 m²), Duisburg (30,686 m²), Mülheim (26,663), Dortmund (32,362 m²), Bocholt (44,000 m²), Soest (35,755 m²), Voerde (31,113 m²), Bönen (22,922), Hünxe (17.598 m²), Lünen (16,500 m²), Vreden (7,865 m²), Ulm (11,258 m²), Triptis (17,851 m²), Gelsenkirchen (2,237 m²), Witten (2,375 m²), Recklinghausen (2,500 m²) and Velbert (2,138 m²). The Essen-based commercial real estate agent has thus established a leading role in this market in the Ruhr region and in Germany.
In the meantime, the complementary Light Industrial division has also been established, focussing primarily on the brokerage of business parks and space in industrial estates in the Ruhr region.
The central location of the Ruhr region, the high demand for space, the excellent local knowledge and business connections as well as the expertise of the Brockhoff team mean that this business segment is booming.
Transactions involving over 85,000 m² of logistics space are currently being processed.
