Two KALDOX properties fully let
Hamburg, 2 January 2023 - KALDOX has concluded long-term rental agreements for two of its logistics properties and has thus also fully let both properties. The owner was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate's Hamburg-based Logistics & Industrial Advisory team, which was able to broker both tenants within a short space of time: An international logistics service provider leased almost 11,000 square metres of logistics space at Rögen 19 - 27 in Bad Oldesloe, while the other deal was concluded for over 9,000 square metres in Hamburg-Billbrook at Werner-Siemens-Strasse 63.
