TGW Robotics sells former company headquarters in Stephanskirchen - JLL acts as exclusive agent for the seller to local private investors
MUNICH, 14 July 2023 - The robotics and automation specialist TGW Robotics has sold its former headquarters in Stephanskirchen. The property at Hofmühlstraße 32-34 was acquired by several private investors from the Rosenheim area. A new user has already been found and will move into the majority of the space shortly. JLL acted exclusively on behalf of the seller TGW Robotics in the transaction.
The transaction comprises around 10,000 m² of commercial property and around 5,300 m² of rental space, predominantly in a small-scale hall structure. Prior to TGW Robotics, the site was the headquarters of the fashion company Marc O'Polo.
TGW Robotics had already acquired its new headquarters in Thansau from network technology manufacturer Kathrein two years ago and has since completed the relocation. Here too, JLL acted exclusively on behalf of the seller during the sale.
