
Sungrow Germany relocates service centre to Oberschleissheim
JLL brokers around 5,000 m² in the printing plant
MUNICH, 17 January 2024 - Sungrow Deutschland, a company specialising in the manufacture of inverters for photovoltaic systems, is moving from its Eching site to Oberschleißheim, just a few kilometres north of Munich, with significantly increased storage and repair capacities. Sungrow is renting around 5,000 m² of space in the Druckwerk business park at Mittenheimer Strasse 64, including 3,540 m² of warehouse and production space and around 680 m² of office space. BEOS AG, an asset manager and project developer of corporate real estate in Germany, is the landlord of the fully occupied building complex, which has a total rental area of around 27,300 m². JLL advised Sungrow on the search for space and brokered the letting. Knight Frank advised the previous tenant on the search for a new tenant.
