Win-win situation for both partners
The company is now setting the course for a successful future: "We had been looking for a strategic partner for our family business for a long time, one that would guarantee us nationwide access to other European countries, especially Germany," explains managing partner Michael Weiss. In return, securing the distribution of all consignments to Austria is of great importance to the Noerpel Group: "With our investment in Johann Weiss, we are connected to the company's system network and have thus secured an optimal, high-quality network solution for Austria," says Lucas Noerpel-Schneider, CEO of the Noerpel Group.
Michael Weiss and his son Lucas Weiss will remain the sole managing directors of the company, which will continue to operate under the name Johann Weiss GmbH.
New opportunities together
"With the new co-partner Noerpel, we will make a huge leap in turnover in the international forwarding business," summarises Managing Director Lucas Weiss, who is already looking forward to the new opportunities of the joint company.
Lucas Noerpel-Schneider is also certain: "We will have a good development - also because both families have known each other for a long time and are looking forward to the joint business development positively."
