
REALOGIS advises Euziel on long-term new build contract for 28,500 m² of space in Duisburg

Düsseldorf/Duisburg, 10 January 2024 - Realogis - Germany's leading consultancy for industrial and logistics properties and commercial land - has advised the online retailer Euziel on the lease of a modern logistics hall in Duisburg with around 28,500 m² of rental space. Euziel International GmbH has secured 24,500 m² of warehouse space, 1,600 m² of office space and 2,400 m² of mezzanine space at Wörthstraße 171-173 directly on the outer harbour.
With the conclusion of the contract, the property, for which project developer Hillwood is responsible, is now fully let.
The lease for the 10.5 metre high property, which is divided into three hall sections, has been concluded on a long-term basis with an option. Euziel will provide storage, order picking and repackaging services for various consumer products at the logistics complex, which was recently completed on an industrial site measuring around 40,000 m², from the beginning of 2024.
Access will be via ramps and ground-level gates, with 72 car and 4 lorry parking spaces available for employees and service providers. The location in the Duisburg-Ruhrort ports gives Euziel access to the waterway network and the A59, A40 and A3 motorways, which can be reached quickly, and thus to one of the most important logistics hubs in Europe.
