
Paper manufacturer Lecta rents production space in Aschaffenburg - Spanish company opens first production site in Germany
ASCHAFFENBURG, 10 October 2023 - Lecta's Adestor division, which specialises in self-adhesive papers and films, is to open a new converting plant to offer its customers in Germany and Northern Europe a customer-oriented service. To this end, the company has rented a total of around 4,600 m² of space, including 4,200 m² of production space, in a new building at Weichertstrasse 11 in Aschaffenburg. The commercial property is owned by a subsidiary of the investment company Real Concept. JLL advised Lecta on the choice of location and brokered the space.

The site in the Damm-Ost industrial estate in Aschaffenburg is Lecta's first production facility in Germany. To date, the company has only produced in Spain, France and Italy.
