Panattoni Park Berlin East: Completion in Herzfelde
Panattoni, the leading project developer for industrial and logistics properties in Europe, announces the completion of Panattoni Park Berlin East. The new building in Herzfelde, Brandenburg, boasts an attractive location and infrastructure in the Berlin area just a few kilometres from the Tesla Gigafactory. The sustainably developed space can easily be occupied at short notice.

The new Panattoni Park offers future users a total usable area of 11,344 m², divided into 9,611 m² of logistics space, 482 m² of office space and 554 m² of mezzanine space. The height is 10 m UKB. There are 61 car parking spaces in the outdoor area, a number of which are equipped with e-charging points. The new logistics property also has nine dock levellers, a ground-level ramp for placing waste containers and two external gates under the canopy, which enable side unloading over 697 m². This makes the property particularly suitable for companies from the automotive sector, but it is also possible for online retailers, contract or standard logistics companies to set up here. A usage licence for standard logistics has already been granted. The storage of hazardous goods and water-polluting substances is excluded.
Panattoni Park Berlin East was developed without a pre-let on a plot of around 19,000 m² in one of the up-and-coming economic regions in the Berlin area, 15 kilometres from the Tesla Gigafactory. The property has a separate entrance and exit as well as a direct connection to the A10 ring motorway and the B1 towards Berlin and Poland. Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) can also be reached in just 39 minutes by car.
Panattoni is implementing a number of sustainability measures as part of the development. For example, a photovoltaic system is currently being installed to enable potential tenants to use their own electricity. In addition to wooden trusses in the hall and under the side unloading area as well as heating the office unit with a heat pump, the property has been equipped with electric charging points for cars and bicycles as well as daylight strips in the mezzanine area. Due to the sustainable and resource-conserving development, the new building was certified with DGNB Gold.
"With the completion of Panattoni Park Berlin East in Herzfelde, we have succeeded in providing urgently needed space in a sought-after location. Berlin-Brandenburg has developed into an important automotive location, not least due to the construction of the Tesla Gigafactory. However, the capital region is also an attractive location for other logistics companies. Located on three trans-European corridors, it offers short distances to the European growth markets and therefore ideal conditions for companies that want to grow," says Fred-Markus Bohne, Managing Partner at Panattoni for Germany and Austria.
Construction work on Panattoni Park Berlin East began in August 2022 and
was completed in February 2023. The property can be handed over immediately after the lease has been signed.
The Berlin branch of Colliers International
Deutschland GmbH is acting as broker.
