Orthomol rents around 1,350 m² in Düsseldorf's Hellerhof-Parc

DÜSSELDORF, 27 June 2024 - The nutritional supplement manufacturer Orthomol is expanding its logistics space: To this end, the company is renting around 1,350 m², including more than 1,200 m² of hall space and more than 120 m² of office space, with the address Eichsfelder Straße 15-29 in the Hellerhof district of Düsseldorf and thus in the immediate vicinity of Orthomol's headquarters in Langenfeld.
The landlord of the logistics property is Mileway, a pan-European provider of last-mile logistics space. The property in Hellerhof-Parc is fully let. JLL advised and brokered the letting.
