Tengyun Logistics rents around 3,600 m² of warehouse space near Frankfurt
JLL brokers space in energy-efficiently refurbished logistics centre
FRANKFURT, 31 October 2024 - The company Tengyun Logistics is renting almost 4,500 m² of logistics space in the Hessian town of Rodgau, near Frankfurt, of which around 3,600 m² is warehouse space. The property, which has been renovated in terms of energy efficiency and fire protection, is located in the Rodgau Nieder-Roden industrial estate at Senefelderstrasse 2. It offers a total of around 16,000 m² of usable space and is fully let. The property is owned by the project developer Kolb+Partner. Tengyun Logistics will move into the space in January 2025. JLL acted as letting agent on behalf of the landlord.
