
JLL lets 14,500 m² on former AEG site in Kassel
Production property at Lilienthalstrasse 150 is now fully let
KASSEL, 14 October 2024 - JLL has brokered 14,500 m² of space on the former AEG site in Kassel-Bettenhausen, of which around 13,800 m² is used for production, storage and administration. The hall space on the property at Lilienthalstrasse 150, where General Electric's high-voltage technology was previously produced, is now fully let. Space is still available in an office building, which is also located on the approximately 110,000 m² site. The owner of the historic property is the Nibler Group. JLL advised the landlord on the letting and brokered the deal.
