Ivanhoé Cambridge leases 170,000 square metres in France for Hub & Flow logistics portfolio

Paris, 30 May 2023 - Global real estate company Ivanhoé Cambridge has signed eight leases in France for a total of 170,000 square metres for its Hub & Flow logistics portfolio.

The Hub & Flow logistics platform was acquired by Ivanhoé Cambridge in February 2020 and now comprises more than 650,000 square metres of logistics space in Europe. This includes a 115,000 square metre logistics property in Hamburg, which Ivanhoé Cambridge acquired for the Hub & Flow portfolio in May 2022. The property is fully let to the H&M Group.
