Ivanhoé Cambridge acquires logistics project development near Lille for the Hub&Flow logistics portfolio

Paris, 14 December 2023 - Global real estate investor Ivanhoé Cambridge has acquired a new speculative logistics development in Lambresz-lez-Douai, south of Lille, for the portfolio of pan-European logistics platform Hub&Flow.
Ivanhoé Cambridge is planning to build a state-of-the-art logistics property of around 28,500 square metres on the 57,700 square metre site. The aim is to achieve sustainability certification to the BREEAM Excellent standard. Construction work will begin in January 2024, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2025.
The region is the second largest logistics location in France after Île-de-France. With the acquisition, the Hub&Flow platform now comprises over 384,000 square metres of logistics space in the most important logistics regions in Europe, including Germany.
