Investment manager evolutiq acquires development site in Mannheim's prime location

Frankfurt am Main, 8 February 2023 - evolutiq GmbH, a medium-sized investment manager based in Cologne, has acquired a development site in Mannheim's Bonadieshafen for an asset under its management. Around 16,000 square metres of modern, multifunctional and high-quality warehouse space is to be built on the almost 28,000 square metre site. The transaction was brokered by the Frankfurt Logistics & Industrial Advisory team of BNP Paribas Real Estate. As lead broker, it has also been commissioned to market the new space.

"In Mannheim, we are offering future tenants a multi-tenant property in an attractive location. It will fulfil current ESG criteria and can be used flexibly across all sectors," says Dr Oliver Steinki, owner and Managing Director of evolutiq GmbH. The space has already been used for a variety of purposes in the past, but the existing buildings no longer met today's requirements. Following the sale and the associated redevelopment of the site, the attractively located space is now to be put to a new, long-term use. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2024.
