Innovative food manufacturer settles in MLP Business Park Berlin

The MLP Group is leasing space in the MLP Business Park Berlin to an innovative food manufacturer. The company is renting around 2,900 m² for its production. The handover took place in August 2026.

The MLP Group, a developer, owner and manager of high-quality commercial, industrial and logistics parks specialising in brownfield sites, welcomes an innovative food manufacturer as a new tenant in MLP Business Park Berlin. In the industrial park, the company is renting a vacant unit of around 2,900 m² that includes modern production, social and office space. The space was handed over in August 2026 and rented out without the involvement or mediation of a broker.

With the settlement, the new tenant fits into the business park's existing diverse user mix of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as companies from the manufacturing industry, crafts and trade. At the new location, it will produce plant-based products that will be sold in German food retail.

In the MLP Business Park Berlin, the company has found a space that meets both its operational requirements and its sustainability requirements. The modern equipment, the energy-efficient building concept and the uncomplicated and professional cooperation with the MLP Group during the contract negotiations were also decisive for the decision.

The MLP Business Park Berlin was developed on a site of around 50,000 m² in Ludwigsfelde, Brandenburg, and comprises a total usable area of 18,000 m², spread over four halls. The site has excellent connections to the B101 federal highway, the Berliner Ring (A10) and Berlin Brandenburg Airport, which can be reached in just 30 minutes by car. During development, the MLP Group focused on sustainable and energy-efficient construction. For example, the park is equipped with a photovoltaic system for low-emission energy supply and a comprehensive number of e-charging stations for cars. It has also been awarded DGNB Gold certification.
