Industrial property in Schwelm with over 55,500 m² fully let
A sustainable industrial property in Schwelm with over 55,500 m² of space (including more than 45,600 m² of hall space) has been fully let ahead of the completion date in March 2024. The Düsseldorf-based Logistics & Industrial Advisory team from BNP Paribas Real Estate brokered the transaction in the North Rhine-Westphalian town of Schwelm in the south-eastern Ruhr region. The project in the Graslake industrial estate is located close to the city and is well connected, including via the A1, A43 and A46 motorways. The property is being realised by project developer Hillwood, while the operator of the facility is the family-owned company Fiege from Greven. The company optimises its customers' value chains internationally and across industries with modular concepts in the areas of logistics, digital services, real estate and ventures. "The letting before completion clearly shows the high market demand and the good location," says Bastian Hafner, Head of Logistics & Industrial Advisory at BNP Paribas Real Estate GmbH.
