Hommlife Herbal Products moves into 2,050 m² at Düsseldorf Airport

JLL advised and brokered the lease

DÜSSELDORF, 11 October 2024 - The cosmetics, detergent and food manufacturer Hommlife Herbal Products is expanding into Germany. In September, the Turkish company moved into its first local location at Heltorfer Straße 12-22 in the Lichtenbroich district of Düsseldorf, in the immediate vicinity of the airport. The rented space in the "Sirius Business Park Düsseldorf Airport" comprises around 2,050 m², of which around 1,700 m² is warehouse space and 350 m² is office and ancillary space. In total, the office and logistics property owned by Sirius Facilities has around 35,000 m² of lettable space. JLL advised and brokered the letting.
