Hamburg: KALDOX acquires "The Billbrook" logistics portfolio
The Hamburg-based family office KALDOX has acquired "The Billbrook" portfolio as part of an efficient transaction. The portfolio consists of 6 logistics properties with a total area of approx. 185,000 m² in Hamburg's Billbrook district. The properties include Böttcherhof 2, Böttcherhof 2a and Hamburg's car depository in Halskestrasse.
The commercial complexes Böttcherhof 1 and Böttcherhof 1a have been owned by KALDOX since 2016. The acquisition of the logistics portfolio is therefore a strategic addition to the existing property portfolio in Billbrook. KALDOX will revitalise the properties in line with its corporate culture and integrate them into the portfolio.
BNP Paribas Real Estate managed the transaction and advised the seller. The transaction was legally supported by CMS and technically by Drees & Sommer. Attorney Schlegel from the law firm BONK and Jebens Mensching advised the buyer.
